Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility Conditions
- The item must be unused, with no signs of washing or damage.
- Original tags must be intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
We only process exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us.
How to Return
- Send an email to contact@ninspire.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await our confirmation and shipping instructions — do not send the item without prior confirmation.
- Send the item to the address provided by our team.
- After we receive and verify the item, we will process the refund.
Refunds
After we receive and verify the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items valued over €100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion can only be exchanged, not refunded.
