Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

⚠️ As we work with international suppliers, please contact our team before returning any item so we can provide you with the correct process.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The item must be unused, with no signs of washing or damage.
  • Original tags must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We only process exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us.

How to Return

  1. Send an email to contact@ninspire.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Await our confirmation and shipping instructions — do not send the item without prior confirmation.
  3. Send the item to the address provided by our team.
  4. After we receive and verify the item, we will process the refund.

Refunds

After we receive and verify the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

💳 If you do not receive the refund within the given timeframe, please check your bank statement first. If the problem persists, contact us at contact@ninspire.com.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items valued over €100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion can only be exchanged, not refunded.
